TAYB, Creating Dancers for Life
The classical tradition of the Thomas Armour Youth Ballet is rooted in Pre War II Paris After being trained by the legendary Olga Preobrajenska at the Paris Opera Ballet, Thomas Armour joined the Ballet Russe De Monte Carlo. Over 6 decades later the legend and tradition of Thomas Armour continues to bring quality, professional ballet training to students across Miami. Through the study of dance, children learn long term life skills including discipline, focus, teamwork and delayed gratification. While TAYB produces many professional dancers, our goal is to produce graduates that bring their art skills to a wide range of professions and pursuits.
The Thomas Armour Youth Ballet offers inclusive programming for children and youth with and without disabilities.
